Hi, I’m Aimee, a Nutrition Coach and Personal Trainer.

Having worked in the fitness industry as a personal trainer for a number of years I have seen the importance of good nutrition for both health and happiness. 


A diet shouldn’t mean starving yourself or cutting out your favourite foods. It should be a sustainable change that gives you lasting results and this is what I will help you to achieve. Through the coaching process you will not only reach your desired goals, but learn how to implement these changes, overcome hurdles and enjoy all your favourite foods to give you complete food freedom for the future.
